Span 400 access tower system
Span 400 welded or Rib-Grip premium design is a lightweight, fast and easy to assemble tower system with a rung spacing of 400 mm. With fewer components to stock or lose this versatile ladder frame tower can be used to construct simple free standing mobile towers or more complex staging systems with a host of accessories.
The new Z-configuration bracing enables quick, trouble-free assembly while providing a very rigid structure.
Available in Single Width and Double Width, with platform lengths of 2 m, 2.5 m and 3 m.

Our most-used tower. A 1.35 m wide platform gives two people room to work side by side, and it rolls to the next bay on locking castors.
A 0.75 m tower for tight spots. Fewer, smaller parts to store, and extra platforms let a crew work at several heights at once.
A platform that reaches out past the tower base, over escalators, stairs and voids, so the tower stands where the floor allows.
Two towers joined by a bridge deck, so crews work above escalators, atriums and stairwells without standing anything in the void.
A tower built to stand on the escalator itself, so ceilings and walls above a moving staircase can be reached safely.
A double-width tower built for real height: up to 40 m working height, tied into the building above 10 m.
Towers set at different heights and linked together, for stairs, tanks and stepped ground where one level won’t fit.

Built to go up fast and stay rigid
Span 400 frame
High-strength lightweight aluminium alloy construction makes components easier to handle. The Span 400 frame is fully interchangeable with all existing parts and means fewer components to stock and control.
Adjustable leg
A choice of 400 mm, 600 mm and 800 mm height adjustment is provided by Quick-Adjust legs. This provides quick and easy levelling on rough or uneven surfaces. Once loaded they cannot be accidentally released.
Automatic locking brace hooks
Hooks snap into locked position without prior “priming” and an easy-release catch design aids disassembly. The large contact area is over 225°.
Fluted frame rungs
Provides better grip and increased slip resistance when climbing frames during assembly or once erected.
TX2000 platform
The TX2000 lightweight platform is available in standard and trapdoor formats. It provides all-round edge protection, and all components can be easily replaced should damage occur.
Welded joints
Full circumference welding between two parts, creating a structured connection that is stronger than the surrounding material.
Rib-Grip cold-form joints
The cold-formed Rib-Grip jointing process is a key feature of the tower system and provides three times the strength and durability of traditional welded joints.

Yes. We rent aluminium towers, from standard Double Width and Single Width towers to special builds over voids, escalators and stairs.
Do you install it for us?
Yes. Our own crew installs, shifts and takes the scaffolding down, with standby on site.

How high can your towers go?
A Double Width tower reaches up to 16 m working height. For more height, the Semi High Tower, tied into the building, goes up to 40 m.
